We can transcribe numerous audio formats, including mp3, wma, wav, dss, m4a, 3gpp and amr.
We have not yet come across a file that we have not been able transcribe or convert for transcription.

Although legal transcription is our specialty and we are very familiar with legal terminology, we make it our business to research and familiarise ourselves with the spelling of names, places and industry specific terms.

What is intelligent verbatim?
Every word on the recording is captured, but repeated phrases and filler words such as um and ah are excluded from the script.

How long does it take to transcribe?
Depending on factors such as audio quality, the speed at which participants talk, clarity of speech and number of speakers, it usually takes between 4 to 6 hours to transcribe one hour of audio.
